Session 13 (1 September 2015)
Ink Pen Drawing
“It's cleaner than using pencil –
and you are committed to the marks you make!” – Keith Gentle
In this session we had a go at drawing with biro ink pens. Using ink pens
when sketching on location enables quick drawings without some of the
mess associated with pencils or paints.
We tried out some cross-hatching techniques and then had a go at drawing
some glass bottles.

Ann had a good go at the bottles and the two shown in the middle of
her drawing turned out very well.

Dianne
Dianne didn't feel too confident about her results, but I think they
have some nice qualities.
Denise
Denise quickly developed a gentle touch with her lines.
